1.  Aspire Beauty Gift Vouchers are in £GBP sterling which can be redeemed in all stores in the UK. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable online. Discount vouchers can be for a specific value or a percentage off a treatment and is shown on the voucher.

2.  Aspire Beauty Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments in store excluding products and treatment courses. Discount vouchers can only be used against treatments and cannot be used against products or treatment courses unless specifically stated on the voucher.

3.  Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase or date written on the voucher entered at the time of purchase. These dates are recorded at the point of sale and each voucher carries a unique identification number for cross reference when redeemed. Discount vouchers are valid for the time specified on the voucher.

4.  Gift and Discount Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5.  Gift Vouchers ordered by phone will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using The Royal Mail. All orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.  Special Delivery is insured postage.

6.  Gift Vouchers will normally be despatched within three working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but Aspire shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of the order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.

7.  Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Aspire has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.

8.  Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Aspire cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Vouchers not notified to us within three days of delivery. Aspire have a double checking procedure for all gift voucher orders.

9.  Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

10.  We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.

11.  Gift and Discount  Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted in Aspire stores.

12. SMS text offers cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be exchanged for goods, they can only be exchanged for treatments. These offers can only be used by the original recipient and are not transferable. They are only valid for a period of 30 days from the date of transmission.

13. Internet only offers are non refundable, cannot be combined with any other offer and are valid only for the first booking made.

14.  Force Majeure; Aspire cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

Terms & Conditions of Gift, Discount Vouchers, Text and Internet offers

1.  Aspire Beauty Loyalty cards are available in store to all customers they have no monetary value. Each time a customer has a paid for treatment the therapist will complete a presented card to record the date and type of treatment taken.

2.  Once a card is completed with 10 paid for treatments a 10% discount will be applied to the next treatment. The completed card must be surrendered at the time of the discounted treatment.

3.  Only cards completed by an authorised aspire employee will be treated as valid. Completed loyalty cards may not be used to discount products or courses.

4. Loyalty cards are not transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5.  We reserve the right to check the history of any client presenting a completed card to validate the treatment dates against our database. In the event of dispute the computer record of completed appointments will be treated as the actual record of treatments taken and paid for.

6. The Aspire Referral programme is available to any customer referring a friend who purchases a treatment the referring customer must complete the card with their details as well as the name of the recipient. The person being referred must present the card in the salon at the time of their first appointment. Referral cards have no monetary value.

7. The referral discount is not available for products or treatment courses.

8. At the time of presentation the details of the referring customer will be checked against our customer records to validate the claim.

9. Members of the same household are not eligible to be referred

10. Existing customers are not eligible for the referral discount

11. New customers are only eligible for the discount on their first visit.
